![]() ![]() You cn also select which MIDI input/outputs to use and where the audio signal you generate from superior will be sent so you can her it. One of the options in Solo is controller type which includes e-kit. If you double click on this it ill start the standalone version of Superior for you. With Superior you will have installed another piece of software called Toontrack Solo which should show as an icon on your desktop. Hunt around and you will find access to the free pdf manual and a bunch of other things, including the Reaper Stash which is where a lot of user-generated stuff like keymaps and themes are stored for download. In this very forum you will find on the home page an area shown as "resources" which is where all the reaper-centric stuff is kept. My Alesis cable lights up red and reaper detects it's there but it's like no signal is coming through. ![]() Under Reaper Preferences/MIDI Devices there's an option for INPUT and OUTPUT which ones need to be enabled, one of them or both? sorry for all the questions just trying to cover as much as possible. When i insert a new track do i need to just make it a regular track or a virtual instrument on new track? Does the plug in pin connector setting in superior need to be set to 32 or set to 2/32? On the track input what does that need to be set on i have it on MIDI/USB2MIDI/AllChannels but there's other options like Virtual MIDI keyboard and All MIDI inputs. As far as the stash i'm not sure where that is located either, I went into midi in the brain of my td9 and it said channel 10 on there but I'll need specific directions if you'd be so kind to take the time to type them out for me lol. Hey thanks for responding, I don't see anywhere in superior to set control input to an ekit could you direct me to what tab that is under. ![]()
